Carolina Commercial Cost Segregation began as an in-house project of Carolina Commercial Contractors, LLC. Always searching for ways to improve operations and implement best business practices, Carolina Commercial Contractors researched cost effective ways to improve their bottom line without cutting corners or staff. Through the implementation of the IRS approved tax strategy of accelerated depreciation via Cost Segregation Studies, Carolina Commercial Contractors was able to do just that. It was such an effective way to increase cash flow and profits, they decided to team up with veteran Cost Segregation construction experts and offer the tremendous benefits to their own clients and other commercial real estate owners/investors. The process is simple, the reports are detailed and the results are evident! As the saying goes “There is money everywhere, you just have to know where to look!” Let us help you find that money.
